Learn MoreEating the Biggest Loser Way
My resolution this year is to lose weight. I really need to. Luckily my husband has agreed to do this with me, which makes meal planning at lot easier. After looking through several diet plans and ways of eating, I decided to go with the Biggest Loser.
I had picked up a meal planner by Prevention featuring the Biggest Loser and was impressed with the recipes. The recipes were foods that I recognized and thought would be the easiest to adjust to eating. For the most part our plan is calorie reduction mixed with exercise. Hopefully we can start working in more exercise this coming week. The first week we just focused on getting use to the new eating plan. The second week I was sick and didn’t feel much like exercising.
So far my husband has lost 12 pounds, and I’ve lost four. It’s working for us so hopefully we can stick with it. I like that I don’t feel hungry all the time as I usually do when I try to cut back on calories.
So far the New Year’s resolution is going well. Let’s just hope it continues to go as smoothly as the first two weeks.
